The G1 is officially official

T-Mobile Android might sell for $199
Well we heard that the iphone will sell for $199 too, so I wouldnt hold my breath just yet. But if The Wall Street Journal is anything to go by then we might get an Android device for $199 and it would require you to have a service contract with T-Mobile USA.

T-Mobile will be unveiling its first Android handset at a press event in New York City on September 23. Finally we will get to see the real device in action in a few more days
